3403233 - Home Page Alignment is Centralized after 2H 2023 release

After the 2H 2023 the alignment of the activity center is center align when zooming out the screen to 50%, before it was left aligned. 

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 

1. Login to the instance
2. Zoom out the screen to 50%
3. See that the activity center is center aligned

The contents of the home page gets letterboxed based on the size of the screen.
