3403313 - Customized logo is not displayed in PDF output generated in S/4 Hana Cloud

Symptom

You have created a customized logo in App 'Maintain Logos', and assigned the customized logo to master form APOC_DEMO_FORM_MASTER* in a business rule for master form template determination.
The default logo is still displayed instead of the customized logo in the PDF output generated from the application.

Reproducing the Issue

Follow guide Setting up Instruction of 1LQ to create a custom logo in App 'Maintain Logos'.
Assign the custom log to one of the APOC_DEMO_FORM_MASTER* master forms while defining business rules for master form template determination.
Generate the PDF from an application which is using this specific business rule.

Cause

According to Master Form Templates | SAP Help Portal,
"Master form templates named APOC_DEMO_FORM_MASTER* are only for demo purposes and should never be used as a basis for a custom form template, as they contain hard-coded logos and texts. Do not use them in a productive system."

Resolution

Avoid using APOC_DEMO_FORM_MASTER* master form templates. Use a different master form instead.
