Resolution
Enable the Latest version of the My Forms page
This feature has already been activated for all Production Instances as part of the 2H 2023 Production Release before November 20, 2023.
To confirm this, please go to the Performance Management Feature Settings, where you will see the "Enable the latest version of the My Forms page" option is enabled.

Search filters
The search filters are available in every folder such as All Forms, En Route, Unfiled, and custom folders.
There are 8 standard filters available: Template/Current Step/Group/All or Reports Only/Subject/Division/Department/Location.
These filters are displayed by default and cannot be removed or hidden.
Custom filters will also be available if configured in the data model.
Note
- The 'All or Reports Only' filter is not available to employees who do not have any reports.
- Please note that you can not search inactive user with the "Subject" filter.
- "Current step" filter

- Please note that the "current step" filter is not available in the Completed folder.
- Please note that you need to select a template first, then the "current step" filter can show different steps.
Route form
You can route up to 20 forms at once. If more than 20 forms, only the top 20 forms will be routed.
The reason for limiting it to 20 forms is to ensure a better user experience and minimize latency. It is not possible to modify this number as it has been predefined for these purposes.
2411 enhancements
In 2411 several enhancements have been released related to filters, form lists, and form creation on the latest My Forms page.
Filters:

You can customize the visibility of standard and custom filters for different users based on their roles.
The filters are displayed to all users by default. You can hide them all by selecting Use RBP to control visibility of filters on the latest My Forms page in Performance Management Feature Settings. Then, grant users the User Permissions Performance Form Filters permission to show all or certain filters to them.
- Options in the Template filter are dynamically changed based on the templates of forms in a folder. Previously, all form templates were displayed in the filter.
- The All or Reports filter is available when a user has direct, matrix, or HR reports. Options in the filter depend on the types of reporting relationships that apply to the user. Previously, this filter and all its options were shown to all users.
- Users can use the Reset button to clear all filters.
Form Lists:
- Users can view the number of forms in the title of the form list.
Form Creation:
- To view the Create Form button, users must have Permission to Create Forms for at least one Performance Management or 360 Reviews form template. Previously, this button was visible to anyone with this permission, regardless of specific form template types covered by their permission.
- In the Template dropdown list on the Create Form dialog, form templates are grouped into two categories: Performance Management and 360 Reviews.
