3403738 - Note 1043380 - created objects in wrong schema

Symptom

The splitter.sql was executed with SYS schema instead of the SAP schema owner (SAPSR3, SAPSID), and this left the database with an inconsistent object:

SQL> ALTER PACKAGE SYS.TABLE_SPLITTER COMPILE BODY;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show err
Errors for PACKAGE BODY SYS.TABLE_SPLITTER:

LINE/COL ERROR
-------- -----------------------------------------------------------------
724/6    PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
726/11   PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
