3403744 - High level tracing still being generated with trace level none in BI 4.x

Symptom

  • Traces are being generated in the BusinessObjects logging folder, even after setting all of the servers to trace level none, and setting trace_none and log_none inside the BO_Trace.ini
  • wicdztrace folder for Web Intelligence (Webi) specific tracing is rapidly growing in size / number of files
  • glf logs & xml logs are the format that are still being generated
  • Adaptive Job Server (AJS) and AJS Child traces may be some of the servers that are noticed to be logging more frequently
  • There may be also some .log files eg:
    boe_jobcd_<timestamp>_runtime.log
    boe_jobcd_<timestamp>_assert.log
