3403847 - Hire Date of Primary Assignment Cannot Be Changed to Past Date Using Hire Date Correction Tool - 2H 2023

For Concurrent employments with same Hire Date, the hire date of primary employment cannot be changed to a past date using Hire Date Correction.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Concurrent Employment

1. Employee has 2 employments with same recruit date (say 20^th Oct 2011)
2. Via Recruit Date Correction, the primary employment’s start date needs to be changed to 19^th Oct 2011 from 20^th Oct 2011
3. On save ->  error occurs: “Please make sure that the start date is not before the recruit date”
