3403859 - Setuphadr error "the maintenance user on "PRIM" site SAP ASE is not setup." - SAP SRS

• Primary ASE server is on premise and secondary ASE server is installed on Azure cloud;
• The setuphadr on primary already completed successfully, but setuphadr on secondary site failed with following error:

Error: You have "is_secondary_site_setup=true" in responses file.
However, the maintenance user on "PRIM" site SAP ASE is not setup.
You need to run Setup HADR on "PRIM" site to setup the user.

• You are able to log on primary ASE and RMA from secondary host using 'sa' user (sa needs to be unlocked for B-HADR).
