3403865 - Nested Conditional Fields Are Not Working Properly In Time Off Mobile App - 2H 2023

In Time Off Mobile app, conditional fields are displayed even before selecting the right time type when nested conditional fields are configured.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Configured nested conditional field in Employee Time object. For Example:
   • ConditionalField_1 should display when Time Type is ‘Sickness’.
   • ConditionalField_2 should display when value of ConditionalField_1 is 1
2. This works fine when requesting absence via the browser UI.
3. In Mobile app, the ‘ConditionalField_1’ is displaying even before the time type ‘sickness’ is selected.

Note: The issue is only when nested conditional fields are configured. There is no issue if there is only 1 conditional field.
