3403887 - SAC - Can't deselect all in Navigation Panel of a Unified Story(ODE mode)

• In a Unified Story(Optimized Designer mode), the Navigation Panel shows the "Select All" Checkbox but it doesn't "Deselect all".
• The expected behavior would be that clicking this checkbox selects OR deselects everything.
• This is different from Data Analyzer.

For simple exploration of data on the Table, we recommend using the Data Analyzer. This feature can be enabled in the Properties Section of the Table's Builder Panel by selecting the "Enable Data Analyzer" checkbox.
