Symptom

  • Intermittently gets the error: Resource is not reachable: "You do not have sufficient rights to refresh the query. Some objects are not available to your user profile. Contact your administrator to request the necessary rights."
  • Even the Administrator user also gets the same error intermittently
  • Issue happens in all client machines, not related to browser cache.
