The observed behavior in the Data Monitor at the Manstd10:Manual Posting task is that clicking "Test run" button, which opens the Display Group Journal Entries app rather than the Post Group Journal Entries app.
This is also true for the Consolidation Monitor at 2050 - manual eliminations.
