3404098 - Field E1EDK01-VSART is not filled in IDoc, although VBRK-VSBED (Shipping Conditions) is filled

Symptom

IDoc is created for an SD invoice and the invoice does have VBRK-VSBED field (Shipping Conditions) filled. The expectation is that E1EDK01-VSART is getting filled in the IDoc because of VBRK-VSBED, however it remains empty. The expectation is based on below note:
