Symptom

  • Is it possible to filter business catalogs by scope item?
  • How to check relevant scope items for Business catalog?

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

1. Use the Business Catalogs app to find the relevant scope item.

  1. Go to Business Catalogs App.
  2. Search by any Business Catalog.
  3. Click on More.
  4. Click on Scope Item tab.

2. Use the IAM Information System app to check the relevant scope items in Business Catalog - Scope Items tab. 

3. In case that the business catalog is not activated yet, use the SAP Fiori Apps Reference library to filter by scope item or create case to SAP Support team.
