You have two databases like:
1. Non-Prod DB linked to Database Subaccount
2. Prod DB linked to Prod_Database Subaccount
All Non-Prod subaccounts should link to the Non-Prod DB. However, a newly created subaccount is unable to connect to the Non-Prod DB.
Additional Information:
The new subaccount has a different API Endpoint compared to all other subaccounts.
