3404287 - Edit Proficiency Level Scale Error: Error LibraryType defaultLocale provided is not available in the locale list of LibraryType name

When trying the edit the proficiency level scale on attribute type, receive an error:

Error LibraryType defaultLocale provided is not available in the locale list of LibraryType name

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
3. Select the Attribute Type tab
4. Select an attribute type > Edit
5. Change the Proficiency Level Scale
6. Receive error

Expected Behavior

Changing the Proficiency Level Scale associated with an attribute type is not possible once there are ratings in place for attributes of that type. This is mentioned in Using Talent Intelligence Hub - Creating an Attribute.
