3404381 - Report does not show PO in AS03 but works in ME2K/ME3K - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

ME260 shows "no suitable purchasing documents found" when checking purchase order in transaction AS03. Same error does not show in ME2K/ME3K.
