3404385 - Error at SAP MMC when trying to access the SAP Web Dispatcher admin page

Symptom

The SAP Web Dispatcher admin page is not accessible through SAP MMC (a HTTP Error 404 Not Found is thrown from the ICF layer or "This page can't be displayed", as below), but when using the URL via HTTPS at a browser it works.
