3404822 - Hiring Manager cannot Review New Hire Data - Onboarding

The wrong user is assigned to complete the Review New Hire Data Task. 

Example: 

The user assigned to the New Hire Data Review task in the Dashboard is different from the Hiring Manager.

The rule for assigning the Responsible Group is assigning a different group than expected. Is a misconfiguration in the conditions. 

The responsibility for the New Hire Data Review task is determined by the rule that assigns the Responsible Group. 

Follow these steps to check the Responsible Group assigned to the candidate: 

1. Go to Manage Data
2. In the first box select "Process"
3. In the second box search for the candidate Onboarding Process ID
4. Process Tasks > New Hire Data Review > Checking the responsibilityConfig
5. Take note with the group name

Check the responsible group users

1. Go to Onboarding General Settings > Search for the group name that you found in responsibilityConfig
2. Click to edit and see the users
3. Check if the user that is appearing as responsible for the Review New Hire Data is in the list

If the user is on the list, you can then review the business rule and the conditions that are triggering the assignment to the responsible group. 

Adjust the rule to ensure the expected match is working properly.
