Add, Copy, Delete button is greyed out in Custom Tiles app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Key User Extensibility is deactivated in Extensibility Settings app.

OR

If you have a 3-System Landscape, you are using the Development Tenant (Client 080) to create the Custom Tile and this is not allowed. 

To activate Key User Extensibility please follow below steps:

1. Open Extensibility Settings app in Fiori launchpad.

2. Key User Extensibility is deactivated by default.

3. Activate Key User Extensibility.

Use the Customizing Tenant instead.
