What are the consequences of changing the Bizx company id on Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Posting?

This KBA provides you the possible consequences that occur if you change the Bizx company id in a live instance.

Impact of changing the Company id:

Recruiting Management:

The job requisitions posted may disappear from the career portal.

Recruiting Marketing:

The sync from RCM might not work as expected and the job postings might disappear from the RMK site as well.

Recruiting Posting:

You may not be able access Recruiting Posting from Admin center that results an error.

Below are the actions required to be taken upon changing the company id:

1. The job reqs may disappear which requires indexing, You can raise a request to rebuild indexing for Recruiting management / marketing modules.

3. With respect to Recruiting Marketing, the new company id must be updated in the Career Site Builder, wherever applicable.

4. With respect to Recruiting Posting, the company id must be updated in the Backoffice for which you can raise ticket with us with the component : LOD-SF-RPO-IFC.
