SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3405103 - MDG workflow of Task TS54500007 (Process xxx - Step xxx: Action required) assigned to end users but users cannot take actions from My Inbox

Symptom

  • MDG workflows are started and assigned to the end users in My Inbox.
  • The work items are from MDG workflow WS54500001, step 65 which calls standard task TS54500007.
  • From My Inbox there is no option to approve/release the work items.
