3405244 - Error: CLI0135E Invalid scale value, SQLSTATE=HY094 in SUM phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/RUN_RSUMOD10_SPDD_TRANS - SMODILOG

Symptom

SUM phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/RUN_RSUMOD10_SPDD_TRANS triggers the following short dump.
SQL message: CLI0135E  Invalid scale value.  SQLSTATE=HY094 
SQL code: -99999 in Table SMODILOG
The batch jobname=RSUMOD10 also fails.
