Symptom
An HTTP archive format or HAR file (Chrome or Edge Browser developer tools network trace) and console log file is required to help troubleshoot system errors and performance issues in SAP Datasphere (DS), especially when SAP support cannot reproduce the issue.

Resolution
- Open your browser and navigate to the “Developer Tools”. In chrome it can be found under … > more tools > Developer tools (Ctrl+Shift+I) or F12.
- Clear the logs as shown below:
- Make sure that recording button is activated on the left top corner. Once the logs are deleted and the recording is started, start reproducing the issue.
- After the issue is reproduced, click the top left recording button to stop the recording.
- Right click the requests grid of Network and click “Save all as HAR with content”.
- Right click the requests grid of Console and click “Save as” type LOG file.
- Attach the HAR file and LOG files to the case.
