Symptom
Via reporting tool is possible to pull the calculated values for "Time to Hire".
But comparing to a manual calculation the value in the report appears incorrect.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Reset the setting the setting of "Time to Hire" in Admin Centre Manage Recruiting Setting as below
1. change both dropdown to "No selection" & remove both checkboxes
2. Save
3. revert everything as it was before
4. and Save again
Then wait at lest 24 hour (or more, it depend on the number of application in the system) and check again a fresh calculation from the report.
The report should show not the correct expected value.
However if the issue persist contact SAP Product support team providing the info as below:
1. Application ID affected
2. current "Time to Hire" value
3. your expected "Time to Hire value" including some explanation about your manual calculation
4. copy the timestamp and server info (from "Show Version Information") regarding the last time you updated "Time to Hire" setting in Manage Recruiting Setting
5. and mention this internal reference "INC6478813" in your ticket
