3405259 - RFEBKA96 error FV190 in production system.

Symptom

  • When trying to delete a Bank statement in production, error FV190 is issued:
    Posted bank statements cannot be deleted in production system.
    Execution of the report is not allowed.

  • Even if the system is a test/quality/development system the error is occurring as well.
