3405334 - Second Rehire Match does not trigger if Personal Data Collection is not configured - Onboarding

Candidates being added via Add New Hire to Onboarding (Manual Onboarding) or via Third Party systems are not getting triggered in the Second Rehire Check.

Personal Data Collection (PDC) is not configured or not included in the onboarding process.

The Second Rehire Check in SuccessFactors Onboarding is triggered only after completion of Personal Data Collection (PDC) step.
If PDC is missing, skipped, or not assigned to the onboarding process, no additional personal identifiers are collected, and therefore the second rehire match is not executed.

This behavior is expected. To trigger the second rehire check, Personal Data Collection must be configured and assigned to the onboarding process, and the candidate must complete the PDC step.
