What is the step at which the system triggers the 2nd Rehire Check if the Personal Data Collection is not configured in the Process Variant Manager?

By design, the second rehire check is included in the Personal Data Collection Building Block of the Process Variant Manager.

Therefore, if Personal Data Collection is configured, the second rehire check is triggered after Personal Data Collection.

If PDC is skipped or not configured, the rehire check will occur immediately after New Hire Data Reviw, assuming this was the step prior to Personal Data Collection in the Process Variant Manager.
