3405353 - Unable to promote a job using Windows Active directory authentication.

• From Promotion Management, logging into the destination CMS when creating a job is successful. however, when attempting to promote a job using Windows Active directory authentication, the promotion jobs fail with below errors :
• Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Logon failure to Source CMS:<HOST>:6400Logon failure to Destination CMS:<HOST>:6400 

• SAP BusinessObject Business Intelligence 4.3 Support Pack 03 Patch 100
