Note on enabling the Unified Data Model: 
UDM requires both Bizx and RMK instances to be geographically located closely together. If this is not the case, then the feature switch will be disabled in CSB.
Customers who do not have co-located instances and want to avail of UDM should discuss their options with their account team.
