3405423 - CPI JDBC support to on-premise Oracle RAC database

Symptom

In Cloud Integration, the JDBC driver was successfully configured to connect to an on-premise Oracle RAC database. When an iflow is executed using the JDBC receiver adapter to connect to the database, connection errors occur, such as:

org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Failed to obtain JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection, cause: java.net.ConnectException: error 111 - Connection refused
