3405469 - EH&S WWI Report template: a table in this document has become corrupted

Symptom

When displaying a generated WWI report, the system issues the following error message:

Error message from Microsoft Office Word or Microsoft Visual Basic:
A table in this document has become corrupted.

After check the Solution section in SAP Note 1145017, no issues in the WWI Report Template Syntax were found.
