When integrating SAP ERP with SF Recruiting Management, the report SF RH_SFI_TRIGGER_JOB_REQUISITION returns an error: "Service Error occurred while insert the jobRequisition with the guid : xyz" without a specific reason.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

There are inactive job req operators in the request payload.

Note: There could be multiple causes for this error. Please raise a support ticket if you are unable to identify the cause.

Please check the usernames for operators and ensure that they are active users.
