3405527 - Not able to delete or change batch number range in SSCUI 'Define Batch Number Ranges'

Symptom

When trying to configure the batch number range in SSCUI 'Define Batch Number Ranges'. It's not possible to Check/Uncheck the External Assignment for number range 01.
