3405533 - Introscope Enterprise Manager fails to start with error "Invalid value for 'isengard.server.port.channel1' property"

Symptom

The start command: 'EMCtrl.bat start' (Windows) or 'EMCtrl.sh start'(UNIX) of Introsocpe Enterprise Manager executed successfully. But while checking the status of Introsocpe Enterprise Manager with command: 'EMCtrl.bat status' (Windows) or 'EMCtrl.sh status'(UNIX), it's not runnnig.

In IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log, the following error can be deteted.

mm/dd/yy 12:25:40.219 pm AEDT [ERROR] [WrapperSimpleAppMain] [Manager] The EM failed to start. Invalid value for 'isengard.server.port.channel1' property: 
mm/dd/yy 12:25:40.258 pm AEDT [INFO] [WrapperSimpleAppMain] [Manager] Orderly shutdown complete.
