3405650 - How to find the changes done in the Fine-Tuning Settings in SAP Business ByDesign & SAP Cloud for Customer

You see there is a changes done to one of the Fine-Tuning Settings and you want to see who and when these changes are done.

Example:

Changes are made to Email & Fax Settings activity, where the E-Mail settings are changed.

• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Open Overview.
3. Search for Email & Fax Settings activity.
4. Click the link E-mail and Fax Settings.
5. Under Emails section, you find there was a change.

You can follow the below steps to find the details of the changes done to the Fine-Tuning Settings in your system:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Open Reports view.
3. In the new window, open the Configuration Change History Report.
4. Navigate to the Tab Fine-Tuning Settings.
5. Select relevant drop-down.
6. Find the Fine-Tuning Activity in our case will find for the E-Mail and Fax Settings, if there are changes, list will have the entry for this activity and relevant details will be displayed accordingly in the Details section.
7. You can Download the Change Details, this will give you the details on when the changes done and by whom these changes are done.
