3405683 - Configuring Email Notification for Data Capture Form

How to customize the text of the Welcome and Set Password email sent automatically to candidates when they complete data capture forms.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Email Templates and enable the template Welcome Message Notification with Reset Password Support
2. Edit the template content, as desired.
3. Use all the following tokens to ensure that the necessary links are sent.
   • [RECRUITING_CANDIDATE_SITE_URL]
   • [RECRUITING_CANDIDATE_FULLNAME]
   • [RECRUITING_CANDIDATE_USERNAME]
   • [RECRUITING_PASSWORD_RESET_URL]
   • [SIGNATURE]
4. Make sure that the customized email template is associated with the Data Capture Form Submitted - Welcome and Set Password Email trigger and this trigger is enabled too.
5. Choose Save
