Symptom

An Inactive crossboardee record has been appeared on the dashboard

Environment

SAP SF ONBOARDING

Reproducing the Issue

When you initiate crossboardee, it results an empty record available in the onboarding dashboard.
However, You have selected in the business rule condition - Is crossboarding needed = No.

Cause

Nested condition in Business rule

Resolution

As per the Standard product design, we don't have any feasibility to support nested conditions in the business rule.

Standard behavior : Process Variant Rule Model.Process.User.Job Information.Job Code is equal to [Job Code value]

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
