While configuring Intercompany Sales Order Processing (1HO) and proceeding with test script, Billing Document Output item log contains the error message: No active outbound service for appl. obj. #######, Output type BILLING_DOCUMENT, BuPa %.

1. Proceed with the Test Script 1HO - Intercompany Sales Order Processing - Domestic.
2. On Billing Document creation, Output item EDI has the following error log: No active outbound service for appl. obj. &, outp. type BILLING_DOCUMENT, BuPa %.

Output Type 'BILLING_DOCUMENT' is maintained in the Output Parameter Determination, but to send an EDI message, a valid Communication Arrangement/Communication System and a Receiver/Service Provider must also be maintained. Otherwise, the error "No active outbound service could be found" will occur. This setup is not delivered as part of the standard configuration, as the Receiver is specific to each implementation.
