3405936 - Internal Comments Entered in Goods and Services Receipt Document not Visible for Approver

You have added a notes in the Goods and Services Receipts document however these notes are not visible to the approver of Goods and Services Receipt document. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Managing My Area work center
2. Go to Approvals view
3. Select the relevant approval task for Goods and Services Receipt
4. Select Edit and under Comments no Notes History exists

In the Goods and Services Receipt document, following note types are available:

• Internal Comment
• Remark for Supplier
• Remark from Supplier

These notes are not relevant for approver and hence they will not reflect in the approval task of the Goods and Services Receipt document. 

As a work around, you can create an extension field ( Like GSR Approver Note) with field type Text (120 characters) at item level of Goods and Services Receipt document. This extension field is visible in the Approvals screen under Managing My Area work center.
