3405976 - SCC shadow instance can't connect to master


High Availability for SAP Cloud Connector has been configured, however after hitting "Connect" on the shadow instance the following error is raised:

       An internal error occurred. See 'Log And Trace Files' and in particular ljs_trace.log for details. Associated entries were logged on or around <TIMESTAMP>'

By checking the SCC logs the error below is visible:

       2023-10-30 15:01:41,802          #Unable to store PKCS12 into <OS_PATH> <OS_PATH> (Access is denied)
