3405987 - Task in Personal Administration cannot be completed

Tasks in Personal Administration work center cannot be completed although all the necessary information is inputted and the confirmation is completed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personal Administration work center.
2. Go to Regular Work View.
3. Open task ABC whose status is New or In Process.
4. Input the necessary information.
5. Click Finish.

The issued task related to an employee who is already terminated in the tenant.

This is an expected behavior. The task related to a terminated employee cannot be completed from frontend. Open a case to SAP with the permission to complete or cancel the issued task from backend.
