Symptom

You are seeking to understand how the C4C system processes erroneous messages under Administrator -> Webservice Message Monitoring.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

As a standard functionality, our system automatically cancels messages in erroneous status after 90 days, assigning them an expiry date of 5 days. Consequently, all such messages should be deleted after a total of 95 days.
