3406279 - Increased runtime of all SQL statements after OS upgrade / server migration

Symptom

Following the upgrade of the Operating System or server migration, it has been observed that all SQL statements are performing at a slower pace than anticipated.

Upon examination, the duration of all SQL statements in ST12 is significantly higher than expected. Conversely, the duration of the SQL on the HANA server side, as indicated by the SQL trace or SQL Plan cache, is considerably faster.

A network check was conducted using NIPING, and the Round Trip Time (RTT) measured by NIPING did not reveal any issues and does not explain the difference between time measured on ABAP Application Server and HANA DB server.
