3406281 - Exception aggregation of weighted average not available in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Exception aggregation of weighted average not available in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• User want to see weighted average to be reverse calculated at parent nodes of the same dimension based on specified formula.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2023

1. Logon SAC.
2. Create a model with Average Exception Aggregation in measure object.
3. Create a story table based on the model.
4. The first column of exception aggregation (average) has only 4 input value however the sum is divided by 5.

This is a product limitation in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Average calculates the average of all aggregated values, including null values.
