3406361 - SAP GUI 8.00 patch level 04 - ALV grid: "Optimize width" does not work with SAP Business Client

Symptom

In SAP GUI for Windows 8.00 patch level 04 with SAP Business client, Optimize Width option in ALV Grid control does not work. The column is cutoff and ellipses appears.

Expected behavior after the Colum width optimization should be as the image below. But this is only reachable manually adjusting the column width.

SAP Business Client 8.00 & SAP GUI 8.0 Patch Level 4
