3406459 - Enable "Order Creation/Update Mapping" tab in Pricing Procedures Setup Page

Symptom

Customer is requesting to enable "Order Creation/Update Mapping" tab in Pricing Procedures Setup Page.

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Go to Pricing > Pricing Procedure
  3. Check that "Order Creation/Update Mapping" is not visible.

Cause

  • "Order Creation/Update Mapping" tab is not visible in the Pricing Procedures Page.
  • Document Pricing (RESTFull Pricing) is enabled in the environment.

Resolution

  • Tab is only visible if document pricing is not enabled in the environment (Stateless Pricing is being used).
  • It is required to engage Support Team requesting to disable document pricing in order to have the tab visible in Setup.
