3406506 - SAP Service and Asset Manager 2210 :Push Notification Registration Failure

Symptom

  • Apple Push Notification service has been configured.
  • When the user onboards themselves on the device (iPads and iPhones), the registration data in the user admin panel logs the CPMS user id as Demo User
  • This is preventing push notifications from being sent to the device.
