3406517 - Condition is not created with value of zero as populated the payload when processing sales documents using API (A2X)

Symptom

For a sales document, it is required to create a condition record with value of zero using an API for Sales Document processing (A2X). In the payload, for entity Pricing Element, the field 'ConditionRateValue' is set to zero. However, the condition’s value is populated from an existing record instead.
