3406517 - Condition is not created with value of zero as populated the payload when processing sales documents using API (A2X)

Symptom

For a sales document, it is required to create a condition record with value of zero using an API for Sales Document processing (A2X). In the payload, for entity Pricing Element, the field 'ConditionRateValue' is filled with zero. However, the value in the condition is filled as per an existing record instead.
