• The recruiters received are ignored.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to Command Center.
2. Export Automated Process Logs.
3. Notice an error in Admin User (Recruiter) sync (Event: Get Recruiters from ATS).

Missing email address in the employee profile for the recruiters who have the Recruiter RMK SSO Permission.

Maintain the email address in the recruiter's employee profile.

Note: Please ensure that the email address is not being used by other employees. This can be checked by performing an Employee Export.
