Manage Sales Price app does not consider Custom Fields on template-based spreadsheets

Custom Fields usage enablement is off for "Template for Importing Condition Record for Pricing in Sales" in the User Interfaces section.

If you want to import condition records that contain the custom fields by using a template-based spreadsheet, you must also enable usage of the custom fields for Template for Importing Condition Record for Pricing in Sales in the User Interfaces section.
