3406530 - Deleting Vendor address data in SAP ERP does not reflect in SAP SRM

Symptom

You have updated Vendor address data in SAP ERP, and also deleted the value of one of these fields:

  • telephone number
  • fax number
  • email address

When synchronizing Vendor data from SAP ERP to SAP SRM these specific fields are not cleared/deleted in SRM Vendor address.
